Our approach to helping you understand your emotional eating does not tell you what to eat or how much, as we believe that you broadly know what to eat. However, we believe that people use food as a way to manage difficult emotional issues in their lives. We help you to understand the reasons why you are eating as you do, and we work with you to change this behaviour and your thinking about diet and exercise.
