Counselling can help you to look at these issues and to put strategies in place to put things right.

Your employer may offer you counselling through their employee assistance programme and we have therapists who are registered providers for BUPA, CIGNA, and AVIVA.
Employers can affiliate to LCC for a very reasonable rate. This gives their employees access to confidential counselling either face-to-face, by Skype or by phone.
