Hilary is a qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist and is a member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT). She works with both individuals and couples. Hilary is also a psychologist, an NLP practitioner and has 20+ years’ experience of working in mental health. In the last 7 years she has concentrated on working with people whose sex lives are affected by their health and or medical treatment.
Hilary has training in multiple models and integrates them to promote a better mind-body connection. Her continued attention to building nurturing and authentic relationships helps the therapeutic process feel calm and relaxed. Her experience in mental health means she promotes a positive attitude to diversity and has worked to reduce stigma and welcome difference. She actively works with permission to encourage openness to explore sexuality to its fullest and to accept and celebrate what makes us most unique and inherently human.
