Maritsa is a qualified Counselling Psychologist who is registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) as well as with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). She has worked both within the UK and in South Africa.
Maritsa works within an Integrative Model, drawing upon various models and techniques which best suit each clients’ individual needs, thereby individualising treatment to what works best for a client and their presenting issues.
Maritsa offers a full counselling service seeing both children and adults in a warm and non-judgmental space, seeing clients both short and long term depending on their needs.
Individualised therapy is offered in the following areas: scholastic, ADHD, divorced parents and step-families, adjustment problems, grief/bereavement, anxiety, depression, trauma/crisis intervention and general wellbeing. Assessments offered are cognitive assessments adult and children or adolescents as well as career choice assessments.

- Masters of Social Sciences (Counselling Psychology) – Roehampton University
- Chartered status with the British Psychological Society
