Robin is a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist with an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and is due to complete an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy at Regent’s University in 2019 for UKCP accreditation. Her clinical experience covers a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, loss, relationship issues, suicidal ideation, self-harm, abuse and trauma.

Robin believes that, as humans, we are individuals with unique characteristics which will inform what is needed for therapy to be successful, and her integrative training, which brings elements together from different schools of psychotherapy, enables her to tailor her work to suit each client. Robin’s approach is person-centred and offers warmth, empathy and acceptance for her clients to explore their issues in a dedicated and safe space. Robin works with adults in both a long and short-term capacity and adheres to the UKCP and BACP codes of ethics. Her special area of interest is the impact of experiencing domestic abuse on a womans’ overall health and she has recently completed a thesis on the impact of trauma on the body.
